Story
I have been playing for the East Midlands Regional Performance Academy for two years and this year was privileged to be selected for both the Loughborough Lightning U19 and U21 squads based at Loughborough University. I travel from Northamptonshire on a weekly basis often up to four times a week, to attend training and fixtures which have taken me to Manchester, London and many places in between. I have, this year, been selected to play for Loughborough Lightning NPL at the NPL Tournament in Nottingham at the end of August 2017.
I have continued to juggle my commitments and to work hard and progress successfully through my GCSEs and have just completed the first year of A Levels.
I have just recently been selected for TFC Netball Club in Loughborough to play in the England Netball Premier Division for the season 2017-18. My first game is due to take place in Jersey and will be televised.
Unfortunately there is little assistance with funding for my sport and the basic costs for just participating with TFC Netball Club have been given as a minimum of £700 for the season. To enable me to continue with TFC and to gain valuable further experience, I need help in raising funds for the season. This is a fantastic opportunity for me in continuing my netball career with the hope of continuing through my University years.

7 years agoI attended the NPL Tournament at Nottingham University last week playing for Loughborough Lightning U19s which was a brilliant experience. We played teams such as Northumbria, Wasps Surry Storm, Bath and Hertfordshire Mavericks We didn't win all of our games but they were all very close. I played Goal Shooter in all of the games and personally had my best game against a very tough Northumbria team. Thank you again for supporting me. Training has now started for TFC and we are looking forward to our first game in Jersey at the end of the month.

I am 17 years old and passionate about playing netball. I continue to work hard to improve my game and play a high level of netball. I have also passed my Level 1 coaching course and hope to pass on the experiences to younger players at the club where I started playing.
