I have a lovely friend Dee, who is quite frankly superwoman.

As well as juggling work and family life, Dee has spent much time in recent years fundraising for others- and asks for nothing in turn.

Dee has three lovely children, but two need extra care. G is non verbal and has autism. He loves swimming and lollies for breakfast.
D is a fiesty determined little thing who does not let her hyper mobility and leg supports get in the way.
H is the sweetest brother, awesome footballer and runner.

I'd like to raise some money for the family to spend on something they can all enjoy, perhaps a holiday at centreparcs or maybe a refurbished wheelchair bicycle - whatever they prefer.
