Some of you may already be aware that I am packing my backpack and heading to Kenya this November to volunteer at an orphanage in Nairobi (with Volunteering Solutions).

This crowdfunding page is an opportunity to raise money to support my trip (flights, visa, etc.) and add to the resources I take with me to enhance the children’s experience. I can’t wait to throw myself into what I believe will be a life changing trip!

In a world where there is so much disharmony occurring everyday I feel truly blessed to be able to take part in something that will leave a positive impact on the lives of others long after I’ve come home.
