Eire Og’s 100 mile cycle

Carrickmore is a rural area in mid - Tyrone. In June 2016 Eire Og opened their own Hurling pitch. All monies used to finance the project so far have been raised in the parish and surrounding area. The final stage of the project is the erection of clubrooms, changing facilities and floodlighting. One of the main fundraisers for the final part is a community cycle on 7th July 2018 which I am taking part in. The main goals is to improve the health of the community, attract more participants in the activities that take place around Pairc Eire Og and deliver a state of the art community area for the future generations in the area.
