I have recently discovered that a good friend of mine has a stage four brain tumor.

Although we haven't seen each other for some time, I feel bound by our teenage years of friendship to offer my support in anyway that I can.

So I am going to walk 10 miles to raise some money for her and her family. This may not sound vast, but I am a bit of a lumbering oaf, so it will challenge me more than most!

She is a strong and amazing woman, with a beautiful family and an enviable outlook on life. Truly an inspirational person.
