Unfortunately my dear Auntie has been diagnosed with the horrendous disease that is Motor Neurone Disease. Trina was also diagnosed with and survived breast cancer. The difference with this is that there is currently no cure. For anyone who does not know much or anything about this disease, it is an uncommon disease that affects the brain and nerves and in so many words it eats away inside the body until eventually its down to the bone and the patient literally wastes away. It is one of the most awful diseases and myself and my family have already experienced this taking my great uncle some years ago. I thought i would set up this page as a charity night in light of this is being held (on saturday 30th june) for my auntie to raise awareness of the disease and of course raise as much money as possible for the cause. My crowdfunding target is set at £500 which would be amazing to reach but essentially i would love to raise as much as possible. If anyone would be willing to donate towards this I would be eternally grateful. There are also costs for equipment and potential adaptations to her home to help with the simple things she will eventually be unable to do anymore so every little helps and every penny is appreciated greatly. I dread the day that we all know is going to come but if there is any way I can assist in helping and making her time left as easy as possible i will do anything i can. Family is everything ❤️
