A little bit about Rosewood…

Rosewood Community Hub is based in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, It is a day hub for people living with Dementia and provides support tailored to there individual needs. They provide activities that are person centred and meaningful to the individual. They can reconnect with old hobbies, meet new friends, chat and reminisce in a relaxed safe and loved atmosphere. The day hub is bright, welcoming and always full of laughter and music. They are one big family that encourage and empower there customers and there families to live life with dementia. They are supported to do this by highly trained and dedicated staff who go above and beyond to make the lives of their customers feel fulfilled and loved. They provide personal care and monitor both mental health, physical health and wellbeing.

We aim to raise money to provide equipment that can be used by all that visit the centre for many years to come, we know times are hard for many at the minute but every donation is very much appreciated no matter how small, thankyou.
