Our mission is to equip disenfranchised, stateless and vulnerable children with the education and support necessary to improve their lives and enhance their future opportunities.

Despite positive political developments in both Myanmar and Thailand, stateless and vulnerable Burmese Shan communities still exist in a legal limbo, unsure of how these changes impact their daily lives or their futures.

By offering educational and positive youth development programs, Kwah Dao helps the children from Shan communities gain the skills and resilience necessary to overcome the tremendous challenges they face.

Kwah Dao started out as a public health and education organization. We completed all aspects of our public health mission. Today, Kwah Dao designs and implements education and positive youth development programs.

Kwah Dao is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization. Kwah Dao plays no role in political organizing and has no religious affiliation.

We run a Youth Center and a Scholarship Program in Pai, northern Thailand.00000

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
