Anastasia was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 3 weeks old. This is a life long condition that effects mainly the lungs and digestive system. It‘s a very complexed condition and only 10,000 people in the UK have it. She has daily medication, physio and is seen at Alder Hey hospital every 8 weeks. Anastasia is doing fantastic and this is down to her own inner strength and the amazing professionals at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. Not only have they been amazing for Anastasia’s health but also mentally for us parents. It’s still a long journey but the future for children with Cystic Fibrosis is looking bright!
