My sad story and trying to raise awareness and funds for the on going high court legal dispute.

My name is Liz and I've had the most horrendous 15 months no mother should ever have to go through. I have two daughters 14 year Sarah and a 7 year old Issy. In 2011 I had no choice but to get divorced from my husband due to his alcohol abuse. The high court gave me full residence and full care for both my children due to his alcoholism. He was granted visitation rights between 2011 and 2016, but sadly he never appeared very interested in his children and rarely visited them. During this time as a single mother I made sure my children had a relationship with their father to the best of my ability after he moved away to another province.

However in the months leading up to December 2015, my ex husband and new partner under false allegation's and Perjury they acquired a temporary custody order and had the children removed out of my care in December just before Christmas while visiting him for the holidays without me knowing and the courts and understaffed social services did not know he would lie under oath.

15 months later and the court case is underway and continues to cost me large sums of money which I cannot afford. Thankfully my younger child has retuned to me permanently while one remains with their father while the case continues to cost thousands of South African rands.

In spite of my ex-husband and his partner who did their best to alienate the children from me while they were away, it is a very sad time for all our family involved.
I am a warm and generous woman and this situation is a nightmare and at times I still don't know how this all unfolded.

The only way forward is to conclude this court battle.
I'm desperately needing 10,000 USD to help get through the ongoing court battle, but the legal bills continue to mount up.
