Aimed at empowering township high school youth by introducing them to a fitness and health lifestyle.We are looking at opening and running many free gyms within our high schools in townships.

By opening free gyms in township high schools we are trying to get youth away from bad after school activities,e.g substance abuse,crime,teenage pregnancies,e.t.c .We have in our schools kids from broken families and abusive backgrounds.These gyms will help encourage and restore hope as we know gyming/exercising can also be good therapy.

Within our project we have set up a mentorship program to guard youth to a brighter tomorrow.We would be introducing special guest to use these school gyms while engaging in life changing conversations to shed some light on isues our youth face in these poor communities.These guest speakers would be introduced monthly to our gyms and we have set up trips to other communities and organisations to help youth link up and share ideas with other communities.
