Story
Action on Depression is self help group that runs in Livingston.
I would like to raise much needed funds to help support this local self help group for those experiencing depression/anxiety/panic disorders.
The funds will help secure ongoing room hire and ensure that the participants can continue to access this essential service.
It's no secret that mental health is underfunded and under resourced. This is merely a drop in the ocean to what is really required but every penny counts.
Currently the groups runs on a monthly basis - there is a need for a more, however lack of funds to do not allow this to happen.

8 years agoRun completed - 36min with a loo break! I've now raised £75 offline and £80 via Just Giving. Every penny is welcomed. Thank you very much to those that have already donated/sponsored.
