£20raised of £200 target by 2 supporters

Weʼve raised £20 to To fund door repairs (if possible a replacement door) to for The Solan Connor Fawcett Trust.

    Spennymoor, UK
Funded on Friday, 25th January 2019

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

The Solan Connor Fawcett Trust will be moving into new premises to offer a wide range of support to families and individuals battling cancer. The main entrance to the new premises is rather run down, myself and a former colleague have offered to see if we can freshen up what will be the 1st thing people will see when coming to the trust for support. Mark and his team offer a warm welcome to anyone in need, the entrance should match this welcome.

We will be giving our time to remove the roller shutter, and either freshen up the existing door with new panels etc, or ideally replace it completely. A replacement door would be around £1000, about £200 would cover the material cost to freshen up the existing.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and any surplus money would go directly to the trust.
