We did it! Quite a slog in the heat and 12964 feet of climbing through the Lake District and Pennines. I’m sure our brothers are having a bit of a smile at us, doing this on some of the hottest days of the year . Great North Run next year!! Quite a bit shorter but a lot tougher for non-runners like me! Again many thanks for your very kind support and donations. They are on there way to a very good cause. R.I.P. Thank you to everyone who has donated, whether Andrew was part of your family, a friend, someone who came in then out of your life (but obviously touched it in some way) or you just gave anonymously.
