The building is equipped with A) Coffee lounge/Function room, which could be open 7 days a week for users and public, Bar area that could be open 7 days/eve a week for users and public, Office space, meeting rooms, Kitchen facilities. B) Ballroom/Function room with bar area, this would be used for holding charity nights, and hire out to other groups/public for weddings, birthdays, christenings etc C) Former residential accommodation, this could be transferred back to accomodation to let as an income
