Moss is insured with petplan but they won't pay for treatment because they say they won't pay out for pre-existing conditions as it was noted a couple of years ago that cataracts were starting to develop.
He has coped well with slowly going blind and is a very happy dog but now he is completely blind he is bumping into things a lot and it's getting quite dangerous in the garden for him now.
Any help would be really appreciated and would greatly improve moss's life.
