Story

Hello

Me and my wife Wonyoung moved to the UK in 2017 on a marriage visa after being together during university in South Korea. Wonyoung has poor health due to the pollution caused by China in the area, so for her health we decided to move together to the UK for her benefit.

Having moved to the UK, life was good, we both worked and paid tax and contributed to the system, however; a year after moving, we got a letter from the Home Office stating she needs to leave the country, as her application for a temporary residence card was refused.

In Feb 2018 my loving wife was forced to leave the UK and myself back to Korea....

We have been for the past year living in limbo, worrying about what tomorrow holds, her health getting worse again due to being back in a country where pollution levels are in the danger zone, and me fighting to get her back here.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated as I’m sure Wonyoung would also say. Legal costs can be very expensive, and in order to ensure we win and get my wife back to the UK, we need your support.

Thank you
