Weʼve raised £0 to Help fund a transfer of Care Home. Mum has Alzheimer's, Local Authority will pay £504 a week, there is a shortfall of £186 a week.

Story
The reason for the transfer is irretrievable breakdown of client-management relationship. Also, Mum no longer feels safe and secure in her current Care Home. I'm also am suffering from uncontrolled diabetes, because of the stress associated with this mess.
