I've raised £500 to support Andrew Sheldon and his family battling cancer.

Andrew Sheldon, known as ‘Shed’, ‘Andy’, ‘Jed’, ‘Spud’, ‘Mark’, sometimes ‘That man called Tree’ or professionally ‘AJS Tree services, Arb and Forestry’ has been in this industry just short of 20 years. He’s trimmed the Queens Bush in Windsor Gardens (as he likes to refer to this particular job), worked along the French Rivera dismantling a tree over a Prince’s infinity pool whilst enjoying lunchtime glasses of Vino and has also frozen his balls off in Sweden working over train-lines in -25 degrees. So he’s not actually done that much.
Unfortunately on late Friday, ‘Shed’, ‘Andy’, ‘Jed’, ‘Spud’, ‘Mark’ was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Thankfully we have been told it is treatable and curable however going back to work, despite being his goal, is something that isn’t possible for the foreseeable future. He’s the sole breadwinner with two children under the age of 3. We would like to help this young family in any way that we can, big or small. His wife and family will be supporting him and their two small children through this, but we would like to try and ease financial concerns as much as we can.
This was a totally unexpected blow and this page is intended to help a man who has spent his whole life helping others.
