I've raised £3000 to fund a fans TIFO at an Aberdeen FC game to pay tribute to the late Duncan Clark aka Punk - the leader of the Beach End in the 70’s & 80’s

If you were a Beachender during the 70’s & 80’s era of Aberdeen FC you will most likely have seen ‘Punk’ on the terraces - he was instantly recognisable with his long wavy hair & tache + his uniform of a faded denim jacket clarted in AFC badges, home top, AFC scarves around both wrists + a Dons hat to top things off.
If you didnt see him you most certainly will have heard him - standing up & bellowing out like a foghorn ’give us a AAA…’ along with many other Dons songs. He started all the singing in those days and was an idol for many of us. His passion & dedication was inspirational and his presence at Pittodrie for every game until recently will be very sadly missed.
I have spoken to his son Kevin to ask for his permission on behalf of all Beachenders to launch this crowdfunder to give his Dad a proper Pittodrie send off at a game post-split and he has kindly agreed.
I know times are tough for a lot of us but please give what you can afford so that Duncan aka Punk - the leader of the Beach End can get the tribute he so deserves ❤️
