On 13th April a very close friend of ours lost his battle with cancer. Towards the end of his life Bob and his wife Tammy received significant support from the palliative care team helping them both in his final days. I will be running the Newark 1/2 Marathon on the 13th August in Bob's memory, my aim in doing this is to raise some extra funds for the team to purchase some new much needed equipment and allow them to support more people and their families ongoing.
