Shirley passed away Friday 17th May 2019. The local community of Tomintoul was very important to her and she was extremely grateful for the support from the people in her community. In memory of Shirley we would like to pay some of that back.

Like many of us, Shirley was on a journey to better mental health and wellbeing.

At times the sea was too stormy for her to cope with alone, but with the support from family, friends and peers from Moray Wellbeing Hub she was able to ride the worst of it until it passed. When skies cleared she was then able to take time and reflect on the experience, to ensure that if the storm were to hit again she would be better prepared to face the challenges alongside her fellow Champions.

In her memory we wish to offer resources and training to help continue the approach she benefited from. Your donations will be used directly in the Tomintoul community toward this with her name proudly alongside.
