Story
Over the weekend of the 17th of April 2021, a group of hikers, runners and cyclists associated to Weldon Cricket Club will be lapping Rutland Water to support the Nottingham Children’s Hospital at Queens Medical Centre, more specifically the E39 Oncology Unit.
Primarily, this is in support of another initiative started by an ex-captain of our club to raise funds to thank the hospital for care given to his Granddaughter Lacie.
As a club we want to support Steve Pollard and Lacie, and hope as many of you can get involved by covering some miles or donating to the cause.
Thank you.
