I am attempting to propel myself over 100km in my all terrain manual wheelchair supporting causes in Birmingham and The West Midlands, promoting inclusion and diversity and raising the awareness why regardless of a condition, issue, disability, mental health or in crisis playing sport or participating in an activity can reduce barriers to physical activity, develop confidence and impact on daily life and well-being.

Having the right support helps this and by attempting this challenge I hope to share with you how sport can be inspiring.
