Story

This little 1961 Morris Mini Super is the 6th oldest car of its type in the world. There aren't many of these left full stop as there were only 500 made. Many were just destroyed and the Super is now the rarest mini of all. He is a part of British motoring history and a little icon of the 1960s. This car has been part of my family since then but has laid in a garage since 1984. In memory of my father who had owned and drove the car I wanted to have it restored to remember him but on discovering its importance the restoration bill to keep it as a treasure for others to see in its original condition has sky rocketed. Now its vital to do this car justice as an important vehicle in its own right. Help me make a lasting memorial to my father who cared enough to save this bit of British engineering and have it restored so future generations can see it at car shows and share the joy of this vehicle for years to come.
