Story

My name is Angela Peck. I am an Audiology Partner at Specsavers Ipswich. I am lucky to be heading over to Australia in March with a small group of colleagues to find out more about our business down under.

After the recent devastation of the Australian bushfires we would like to raise some money to donate to WWF Australia who help rebuild and recover the awful destruction the fires have caused.

After a 24 hour flight I will be climbing the Sydney Harbour bridge for donations for the charity. The climb is 3.5 hours and 1,332 steps.

The recent Australian bushfires have been a tragedy and it is heartbreaking how many animals have suffered and died. It is estimated over 1 billion animals have been killed and many more have suffered serious burns, injuries, smoke inhalation and starving in areas the Animal services have been unable to get to and Animal hospitals have been overrun with medical emergencies. Some animal species are at risk of extinction.

Please donate if you can it is for a really good cause. Any donation is really appreciated. Thank you.
