Angels with Hope Dog Rescue are a group of dedicated volunteers who will help any dog that's in need across the UK; whether it be a stray dog, a found dog that needs microchip scanning, dogs that are in a terrible condition, owners who can no longer keep their dogs and the list goes on.

We use foster homes which means that the dogs have a more balanced assessment and are more able to deal with arriving at their forever homes. We refuse to let them leave rescue until they are at a good enough standard with weight, vacs, health and behaviour.

Sometimes we do have to use kennels i.e. for dogs straight out of the pound as no assessments have been carried out or for human aggressive dogs. For the latter dogs, they are worked with and only advertised as needing a foster home when we are completely happy that they have been assessed and the initial work has been done. We will not allow a dog to go to either an adoptive or foster home until we are fully happy. If it means that a dog stays in rescue for years then we do it as it's all about the dogs. Dogs are regularly checked up on, both in foster and adoptive homes.

All funding is 99% undertaken by the volunteers personally, hence the need to try and raise vital funds via various fundraising methods, so as to ensure the rescue can continue to undertake its amazing work.
