I've raised £5000 to Remember Ani Graves

Our beautiful Ani died on 13 November 2021. Ani was five days away from her 34th birthday.
Just three weeks ago Ani was diagnosed with very aggressive cancer. She was told on 10 November her cancer was terminal and there were no treatment options. She began End of Life care on 11 November and passed away on 13 November.
Ani is leaving her seven year old daughter Dorothy and her partner Dan.
Ani had almost no time to prepare herself, Dan or Dorothy before passing away. Unfortunately Ani, like many others, had neither life insurance nor substantial savings.
We are hoping to raise enough money to be able to provide Dan with some money to allow him time to grieve, to thank the Lawrence Ward staff for caring for Ani and most of all to provide Dorothy with a fund to enable her to have some of the experiences Ani had hoped to give her over the coming years.
Many people have asked Ani, Dan or myself how they can help since they heard Ani was admitted to hospital in October. We haven't been able to draw on much help because of the nature of cancer care in the time of Covid. We have all been deeply moved by the outpouring of love during the worst of times.
We are now asking for anyone who would like to contribute to this fund to please do so.
Part of the money raised will be used to provide the wonderful nursing and care staff at Lawrence Ward, Medway Hospital, with a gift. Their dedicated and compassionate care allowed Ani a peaceful passing and gave us strength to support her in these last weeks.
Ani has expressed some wishes for her funeral, one of which was to limit flowers. Please donate any flower money to this fund.
