More than ten million dogs lose their lives to the dog meat trade throughout China and West Africa each year. Animal advocates around the world have been bringing attention to this activity through advocacy. Our organisation, Home for China Dogs, is doing more than that.

No matter how hard we all try, it is still an uphill battle. So, we started to dream about what it would be like to rescue dogs and cats from the meat trade ourselves. For four years, with the help of our supporters, Home for China Dogs, have aided in the rescue and adoption of over 100 dogs.

These dogs have fallen victim to abuse, neglect, and malnourishment. Our supporters recognize and respect companion animals and donate to save these animals, allow us to provide proper veterinary care, and prepare them for adoption.

Despite the challenges all of us are facing, you still believe in our mission. That is why we are asking you to consider making a substantial gift that will allow us to save more dogs and allow these companion animals to be paired with flight volunteers to get them transported to the United Kingdom and adopted.
