PROGRESSIVE UNIVERSITY aims to providing 100% scholarships to deserving students those who cannot afford high amount of fees for their higher studies. There are number of students, who are brilliant and capable enough to ply their role in Pakistan’s progress, but they have limited resources to get higher education, PROGRESSIVE UNIVERSITY targeting those students and helping them achieving higher degree, so they will be an asset for Pakistan.

To prevent our youngsters adopting negative activities we should help them setting a proper goal in their lives, PROGRESSIVE UNIVERSITY will be the great platform for securing our nation from negative activities.

In 2012 the total population of Pakistan was around 180 million. Out of this, the rough estimate of the university going cohort (ages 18 to 25) is about estimated to be around 25 million. The age of 18 to 25 is psychologically very critical age if individual have no target or hope in his/her life could easily adopt negative activities. Higher Education is generally recognized as education beyond 12 years of schooling. The enrollment in the higher education sector in Pakistan is barely 6% of the above age group. In absolute numbers, the enrollment is quite large but when the size of the age cohort is looked at, we find that a large number of students never get to higher education just because they cannot afford huge amount of money they have to pay as fees.
