What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Story

Inspired by our MSc Studies in Sustainability and the community and natural beauty of Palawan we would like to try to be part of the solution rather than the problem.
We are planning to design and create a Permaculture Community Forest garden and Atelier Aquatic, an Art school inspired by Marine life and Marine conservation. Both projects linking to social enterprise here in Port Barton, Palawan, Philippines.

The need for a Permaculture Community Forest Garden in Port Barton:

1. Food security and natural resource issues- causing malnutrition in low income families, distribution issues, and pollution.
2. Affordable replacement for lack of fish from collapse of fishing industry.
3. Opportunities for shared responsibility and training.
