    Story

Marlene Dietrich, Frank Sinatra and Anna May Wong socialised and performed there during the war years and afterwards too. The excellence and courage of international stars helped the population get through so much hardship and pain. They guided people through the darkest times. It is important to re connect old times to resist tyranny of the war machine. Every night the lights went out for protection. People's houses were bombed and went up in flames, but the Cafe de Paris decided to stay open to entertain and help people forget the horrors of war, to inspire all of London to be strong.
