About 4 years ago, I went into the ER with a very sore foot and general body soreness, turns out i needed some bone removed from my foot and then some muscle relocated from my shoulder and a small skin graft from my thigh sadly things did not heal so well and today I still have to get my very painful left foot dressed three times a week, along the way a rheumatoid condition(Ankylosing spondylitis) got much worse and somewhere in all my treatments i crushed one of my vertabrae and walking became too painful so i have been unable to walk for a year and spend my time in an electric wheelchair.

I am taking A LOT of different medication and require a lot of bandages etc. My unemployment (which covers my room and board at the supported accommodation where i live) leaves me with 4 dollars a fortnight to pay for everything else and means I am getting into more debt each week, and I am afraid the chemist is about to stop filling my prescriptions.

The money I am seeking will cover my current chemist and dressing provider bills and also alow me to obtain my birth certificate.
