In memory of mum, we'd like to support the work of Alzheimer Scotland and Grahamston House Care Home, Falkirk by raising funds.

Firstly, to Alzheimer Scotland for the work they do to help support individuals and families and enable them to undertake further research into this devastating disease and secondly to support the fantastic work of Grahamston House Care Home in Falkirk where mum was cared for.

The level of support and dedication of the staff at Grahamston House was truly outstanding which meant that the family had complete confidence and reassurance that mum's care needs were being met. Our family will be forever grateful to them for looking after mum as well as our grandmother who was also cared for there several years earlier.
