I've raised £10000 to help fund a pair of electronic glasses for the visually impaired that will help to enhance vision

I am registered blind and I am taking a degree in Music at University. I have had my sight problem since I was born and was diagnosed with Optic Nerve Hypoplasia at 4 months old. Although Inhave achieved a lot in my life, I still find that I miss out on a lot of wonderful life experiences and opportunities many people take for granted, due to my visual impairment and being unable to see the world around me. I was always told that there was nothing that could be done to improve my vision. That was until I discovered eSight.
eSight is an HD camera inside a headset that takes videos of what you’re looking at. It uses algorhithms to enhance the images that are shown on two screens in front of your eyes. A pair of eSight glasses will enable me to have greater independence in many aspects of my daily life, such as travelling, at Uni, starting a career, making friends and participating in a lot more activities, which would otherwise be difficult.
As I do not have the funds for this piece of technology, and because of the expensive cost, I was advised to start a crowdfunding campaign to gain support.
There are so many amazing imdividuals out there who would also truely benefit from thus break-through technology, yet virtually nobody has ever heard of eSight and are unaware that such products even exist. This is the reason why I have researched the product and have decided to try it out. Not only am I doing this for myself, I will also be giving other people like me the once in a lifetime opportunity to ‘see’ for themselves.
All your donations will go directly to me and I will be able to buy a pair of eSight glasses that will change mine and other people’s lives. I would be very grateful to have as many people contributing as possible. If you are unable to donate, or if you know someone who is able and willing to donate, you can still contribute by sharing my campaign and spreading the word!
After all, “everyone deserves to see”.
