Funding for LGBT support service have been significantly cut over the past few years. Sister ShhhOUT in huddersfield suports LGBT women living in Calderdale and Kirklees Including those seeking asylum due to their sexuality. The group offers social, mental health and well being and sexual health support.. Womencentre Calderdale and Kirklees also offer practical advice and a multitude activities for all women living in the area. I currently work part time for the charity and wholeheartedly belive that the service is a life line for those who attend. Your support will be greatly appreciated!
