Join me Sunday 15th August at 7pm GMT, for a 60 minute Yin Yoga Class, as a gift for those who are able (or not able) to donate to the Hellenic Red Cross. The class is held on zoom. You will need: A mat, blanket, blocks/books, strap/belt, pillows. Suggested Donation £10
