So I am going to get my hair chopped and donate it to charity!!
I am doing it in January to allow myself enough time to raise some money.
Last time i had short (ish) hair was in 2007 since then I would always make sure that my hair remain long. I always felt full of confidence with it and generally felt good about myself.
Over a year ago whenever I would think about short hair it was still my nightmare.... Until one day.... The day when one of my amazing friends (the girl on the left on the picture) was diagnosed with cancer.
I realised what she needed to go through and I felt so stupid and selfish about my little pettiness about my hair. It was then when i decided to get it cut and donate my hair to someone who needs it more than me.
At the end of the day is just hair and I am so lucky to be healthy! Right now it is my turn to do something which might make someone happier.
I am going to cut my hair the same length as my friend's hair so we can be called twins again.

We as society, we as a whole by making the right decision and create awareness of the horrible illness which is cancer. We make the difference!! If you can donate some money then that would be great :)
