MENTAL HEALTH!!
To all my fellow Facebook friends I need your help!

This June I am attending my 1st ever TOUGH MUDDER obstical course, which is probably the most physical challenge I've ever set myself.

This 5mile course consists of MUD, ELECTRIC SHOCKS, PHYSICAL and MENTAL STRENGTH, More MUD, BLOOD, SWEAT and most likely some tears towards the finish line 😭 So in order for me to achieve this I wanted a positive drive to get me through it.
Therefore if i can turn my extreme challenge into a worthy cause for an inspirational young lady I will.

Phoebe Murray aged just 17 is hosting a charity ball for Mental Health later this year with her friend Aaron. This event is close to her heart in memory of her dad .

This will be phoebes second charity event after raising over £21,000 last year for Crohns disease, who herself lives with everyday.

Mental Health is REAL! And we don't talk about it enough or more so don't know much about it and play ignorant because we don't understand it.

SEEME is a Scottish programme in place to tackle MH stigma and discrimination. Whether it occurs in a workplace, health, social care, in education, at home or in local communities. They aim to give those suffering or have suffered from MH a more positive experience when they speak out and ask for help.

If I can scratch the surface and help those in need of this programme I'll do my best.

Please if anyone can and would like to sponsor me this June 16th I would be forever grateful of your support, no matter if it's a small contribution thankyou 😊 please msg me if you think you can help 💙 just so you can see what tough mudder entails watch this video 🙈 https://youtu.be/XuY8vg8OVsQ
