I've raised £200 to help provide new books and accessories for Richmond Avenue Primary School's exciting new Bus Library

As you may or may not know, two years ago I suffered an accident which caused massive injury to my back resulting in a long recovery and rehabilitation process. It's been an extremely tough few years physically and mentally, trying to deal with physical constraints and bringing up/ looking after my young family.
However, I'm pleased to say that over the past few months I've felt strong and I'm getting my life back on the physical track. After being inspired by those who ran the Southend half marathon in July I challenged myself to try and run in the 2018 one. My first step was to actually start running! Something I have never felt able to do but the next day, I donned my trainers and ran. My first official challenge is to run the Southend 10k on October 1st.. Two years ago I could barely walk and here I am ready to run this! Anyway, let's get to the best bit. Whilst challenging myself I'd also like to do some good for others. So what better way than to help my children's school. They have recently had a bus converted into a library but it needs new books and accessories. If you'd like to support me on my personal challenge, I'd be very grateful if you could donate a few pounds (or pence) to help raise some funds for the book bus. Thanks in advance.
