Story
Five and a half years ago, Catherine and Lucy were born at 30 weeks gestation, weighing just 3lb and 1lb 12oz. They were transferred to Worcestershire Royal Hospital Neonatal Unit at two weeks of age, where they were cared for for 6 weeks by the wonderful staff until they were big enough to go home. Now at the age of 5, they are both keen swimmers and they and their big sister, Eleanor, are keen to raise some money for the neonatal unit, by swimming as many lengths as they are able before Easter. Lucy is aiming to swim 20 lengths, Catherine and Eleanor are aiming to swim 100 lengths. We would be grateful for any sponsorship, which will go directly to the Neonatal Unit to go towards any new equipment they may need to support the many children (and parents) they care for each year. Once the money is raised, we will deliver a cheque for all of the money raised to the Neonatal Unit, and will inform people once this has been done.
