Cash for Kids Mission Christmas Book Appeal!

My name is Anna Savage, I’m an Independent Consultant with Usborne Books at Home & School. It breaks my heart to think that there are thousands of local children who are in danger of waking up to no presents on Christmas Day. For some families Christmas is a luxury they simply can’t afford.

This year my business Anna's Amazing Books is supporting the Mission Christmas Cash For Kids Christmas Appeal. Recent research undertaken by the National Literacy Trust revealed that three in 10 children in the UK do not own a single book of their own. This has alarming implications for their future. My aim is to provide the Mission Christmas Appeal with a wide range of high quality books to give to local children as gifts for Christmas. For every £10 you donate to my appeal Usborne Books at Home will donate an extra £6 of books too and this really adds up!

I see the positive impact that reading has on children every day and I do hope you will make a donation to help me to get books to local children who otherwise might not have them.
