My son is 21 years old, and has just been convicted of rape, he has been given 7 1/2 years. My Son is totally innocent of this. Bradley who is a up and coming boxer who was in a sexual relationship with a girl in the beginning of December 2016 on the 27th of December he had sex with her in the back of his car, the next day he text her and said did you enjoy last night and she replied yeah I did, and then asked her if she wants a proper relationship and she said yes. On the 8th and 10th of january she asked to go back to the same location as the 27th of December to have fun in the back of his car. She has also admitted to having consenting sex a number of times after the 27th. On the 16th of January Bradley ended the relationship which she was bitter about. On the 22nd January Bradley has his photo taken from a friend kissing another girl and was put on snap chat, the 23rd January the girl was arguing with Bradley as to why he was kissing another girl and that day she went to the police station and made a complaint of rape from the 27th of December only. There are a lot of missing messages between Bradley and her that we believe have been deleted from police, we have paid a phone expert to get these messages back but they haven’t managed to get them back. Brad is totally innocent of this there are too many people who are getting convicted of this who are innocent. We are taking on a legal team of 3 people, barrister, Solicitor and a private investigator all from London this is going to cost approx £25,000. Bradley is Austic and on the verdict day when the jury said he was guilty he jumped the dock in crown court and fled because he couldn’t believe the outcome knowing he’s innocent and felt scared so ran off. 5 days later he handed him self in, hes not coping very well due to his mental health and this affected his family too.
