Our dear friends are facing every dog owner’s worst nightmare. Their 21- month-old pup was hit by a car twice, first a hit and run where she ran off then unfortunately was hit by a second who stopped thankfully and enabled our friends to find her. Red has sustained complex pelvic injuries - a fractured spine, broken ankle and leg.

Red also has had a collapsed lung and severe bruising to her other lung. She’s fighting so hard, but the emergency vet bills are already overwhelming and have exceeded the amount that the insurance will cover.
