I am raising money by completing an Olympic Triathlon over the weekend of the 5th/6th of December 2020, in order to join a Raleigh International volunteering programme in Nepal. The funds raised will contribute towards the cost of the trip with Raleigh International. Following the 2015 Earthquake, local infrastructure in rural areas of Nepal were destroyed leaving locals without access to clean water or sanitation. With the current Covid-19 crisis, access to these facilities are even more imperative. The money raised would pay for providing gravity fed water systems & hand washing facilities and positively influence access to water and sanitation facilities.
