So this is a page which after a lot of persuasion my best friend has allowed me to set up for her grandparents.
Louise's nan, as most of you may know, was robbed and attacked in her own home by 9 travellers. 9 men on one elderly lady. They stole £10k cash which she had been saving for her dying husband, for care and ultimately and sadly his funeral.
When she tried to steal back this hard saved money the men attacked her.
Louise's nan is now not only caring for her husband 24/7, watching him suffer and struggle daily, alongside crippling arthritis, but has the added burden and huge worry of how to pay for the extra care and equipment needed, and when the time comes his funeral. On the verge of a breakdown because of these disgusting excuse for humans.
Louise's parents now live abroad which means she is left to comfort her nan who is totally drained by her ordeal and also caring for her husband. A huge upset for her to try and support her grandparents as much as she can.
Everyone who knows and loves Louise has been absolutely disgusted by what has happened
Let's all pull together and try and take some of the burden, at least financially, from Louise and her nan and indeed all of her family.
When a love one is dying this should not be something else to worry about especially after the money had been saved.
Even if we all give £5 or £10, between us we can make a wrong right
