Please help keep my family together as I have done all these years. I have our home that was due to be remortgaged as the end of my mortgage term was ending. Unfortunately this was not going to be plain sailing for me because I found out there was 2 charging orders against the house that I was not aware off. These were in my late partners name unfortunately he had Dementia and other complex health issues this may have been an oversight by him. This has now left me in a very difficult situation as im not working. I had to give up work in 2013 to take care of 4 people in my family. I have no way of paying off these charging orders and I cannot raise enough loan to value without increasing my monthly payments massively. The house has had major refurbishments to cater for both my children's health needs Zara has a very rare lifelimiting disease and Kai has Downs syndrome and Autism and ADHD. He also has mobility issues. If I lose my home both my children will be taken into care due to their vulnerabilities Zara will not survive in care we have tried respite placements before and she was locked away in a treatment and assessment unit for 5 months she never returned the same. I know she will not survive long without her family and care team and most importantly her familiar surroundings. Kai needs continuity this house is all he has ever known except for respite I took him on promising his life would be better i fight for him just as hard as I fight for Zara he has already been through so much he lost the only man in his life Bill and then his brother Kyle in the space of a year its been a tough 2 years but I continue for them they are my life my whole world so if you can help at all please do.
