Dearest friends, family and people who barely know me but are my Facebook family .... my amazing daughter Zoe, with her Netball team Woodley, have qualified as winners of the South Region Netball league, and are off to represent the South of England at the National Club Championships in Newcastle at the end of May.

This is a massive commitment for the club, as the cost and logistics of taking a team are not small, and so we are fundraising hard for the event.

Those of you who know Zoe know that this is her dream and her passion. She’s worked her socks off to get to this point and dreams of representing England one day. She is outside practising every day, taking 100 shots in every weather, (even though she’s not a shooter!) and attending training most nights.

We are therefore very cheekily asking if would anyone consider donating any amount to sponsor the girls - regardless of how big or small - towards this trip up to Newcastle to support the girls & their club?? A huge ask, we know, when do many people are fundraising for incredibly worthy causes, but we hope you might be able to consider it💕
