Story
My Mum passed away last year after living with cancer for seven years. She was well for 80% of that time thanks to the care and treatment she received. This would not have been possible without funds to support groundbreaking clinical research and the development of new drugs to treat all forms of the disease. I'm running the Shakespeare Marathon on 21 April to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK, the largest independent funder of cancer research in Europe. I'm running for Mum. That means 382 training miles, 30 circuits sessions, sore feet and 26 miles on the day. Surely that's worth a donation! Thank you.
