As any of you seeing this message will know my daddy passed unexpectadly last week from a heart attack in the gym. After living a very vibrant life. He struggled with his health in later years in many ways. He tried to do right by givning up smoking and drinking. Instead seeking god amd looking for a healthier way of life. Life dealt its hand but im left feeling i need to support his wife and immediate family with the pressures of financials with his passing. I cant afford to support in such a way so o ask for you all to help where you can. I will run 5 miles everyday up to the 1st May his funeral date in honour. People have asked me how they can help.
